Got a chance to ride Apar's bike today. The bike is loud(even after stuffing extra glass wool) and makes a beautiful humming sound when you leave the throttle. It was nice to see the expression of local auto drivers while overtaking them(finally they got a taste of their own medicine).

The bike is smoother and punchier when compared to stock bike but there is not a huge difference in performance(maybe after new air filter and tappet adjustments it would be faster). Like the stock bike real power comes only after 5K RPM. In the stock bike power tails of from 9K RPM but this hits the rev limiter hard.

Thanks for offering a ride Apar!!

Nope, my exhaust and Apar's exhaust both have the same amount of loudness. The tuned lengths on my exhaust is a lot different than Apar's although they both look the same.
Regarding the engine, I have not done anything much to bump the compression at all. We have some plans for later on the bike, so nothing was done to make it very radical. When compared to the works on my engine, Apar's bike is below 50%.
His bike still runs on stock piston/rings, stock head/valves/ports/manifold. It was a very minimal tweek. Will work on the rest later.

^^Yeah, probably 6 months down the line it will have another makeover. By then, Joel's TEN10 will be doing really great and so he will have more time in his hands to work on my bike..

As for the loudness of exhaust, its not as loud as to screw up the cops. In the city ur not going to be redlining the bike anyways!
