Oh this is real sad..
A similar incident happened to one of my friends in office...his bike was stolen from his house parking only(since no guards were there)...and his bike was recovered after 2 weeks with the front wheel gone...
So, dont loose hopes buddy..
Btw, was the bike insured..?Comment

I've got an FIR copy in hand now and hopes are down, since the initial 48 hrs are over and no news till now. Police says they only recovered a scooty till now. Yesterday they wasted a lot of time before I finally got the FIR. They had got me and 2 witnesses sign on a blank paper with "Seizure List", so we had to hang back to make sure it was not something odd is written on that. The SI wrote down the list of documents I had given, and explained that it has to be "seized" so that I can claim my bike when they find it...Phew...Comment
