There are generic LED replacements for pilot bulbs. However I have made a custom replacement from strips of LEDs. Whatever LED you install it must run on 12V.

Ofcourse it's difficult to source LEDs which have exact colour temp of HID. You can install White or Blue. I would recommend Blue since your bike is Black.

which cam did u use to click the pics??
Mine were slim ballast. There are two metal brackets which are part of the frame, just behind both the beams. I have secured them there.

You can adjust the beams with the thumb screw RH of both the beams. I doubt that there are any difference in brightness, may be just because it's in a picture.

Wiring cut karne ki zaroorat nahi hai. just route the wires to HID's input,to the bike's bulb socket.

    got RAYLUX 35w H7 6000k installed on my 220.

as u said there is no mods to be done,
    i myself did the installation.

but did u require sum kinda packing(spacer) to make the bulb fit properly??
like the one shown in this video??

YouTube - DIY HID Xenon Install: Mazda 3 2003-2009

i placed the bulb perfectly in the socket but it moves a lot,
u can hold it n turn it arround.

will check the beam spread when it gets dark.

    ALSO--
how did u manage to put back the rubber shroud??
did u cut it or just punch some holes
    - No I didn't require any sort of spacer. The metal holder inside the bulb mounts has to be adjusted slightly so that it holds the bulb more firmly. I believe in the video the car is D2S, where's as the kit is H7, hence the need for spacers

    - And I had cut the rubber shrouds, and then stuck them with tape.. works.

    Why?

First, H4 bulb is too huge to fit into a H7 holding unit.
A h4 bulb has 2 filaments, wiring is the least of the concerns.

You can try fixing the h4 bulb into the H7 mount with some jugaad, wiring is not an issue. If the bulb stays inside the h7 mount, you may get usable light.
