Also, I see a considerable amount of increase in fairings from the first one to last; there is also difference in fairings between the third & fourth motorcycles.

Last week I'd an observation at workshop & its a sweet haunting in my mind

There's some guy who is getting worked on his ZMA with one objective - the power of ZMA but the look of something else, people should not know what bike it is.

The mech did a good job (according to me, cause he made it look like a street bike ); I'll try to get some pic, but here's a short description.

All fairings removed with no clamps on the gas tank; seat of some unicorn or something, clip-ons from Apache, mono shocks (not sure on swing arm), engine was in jet black, head lamps & speedo meter from unicorn. It could sound simple for many people here, but I was so much amazed for one reason that the aggressive looking ZMA gives me completely a street look; in one casual look someone would say, "I know you have Apache's handle bars, but, how did you plonk a bigger in that Unicorn"; that reminded me about this post of design of motorcycle & to connect the fairings to aggressiveness.

I guess the Karizma was always meant to be a streetbike first. It is derived from the Honda CRF230. The frame of Karizma is definitely not a sportsbike style front heavy type. And it can definitely become a good streetbike!
      Plz do post the images.

Sorry pal to disagree with you here, but I've to pen down what I think to know the difference between what I think & what is right.

See the attached image of ZMA with the lines as how you explained; notice the only difference that I see in the raised handle bars as street design & the front cowl that are not so horizontal; so IMO, if the front cowl has been slanted a little bit with adding a clip on, it will give a perfect aggressive look.

^ So what exactly do want to say? Karizma's front fairing [not cowl] is not aggressive? Or it can become a good streetbike?

Uh!! oh!!! Sorry, if I'd confused you; ZMA is a sports bike & give a aggressive look to me or may be the ads of HH hijacked me as well.

I don't intend to hijack the thread here at any cost; pls keep the design of motorcycle coming up

The reason they can't make the front fairing more aggressive is that it will hit the handlebars if they are turned. If they fit clipons with good calculations, they can definitely bend the front headlight fairing. Making it more aggressive.
I think that is what you wanted to say.
And the headlight makes it more angrier. More on that later.

Btw which headlights do you like guys? The MV Agusta style or R1 style? I would like to have your preferences.

SPOT ON!!! You got what I wanted to convey.

Sorry to say that I like both

OT - Have you given a thought on this bike? It gives me a look of an animal rather than aggressive or non aggressive. Again, you're welcome to give your suggestion at your convenience, but keep this bike in mind; though I don't like to own one of this, but I feel this is attracting me in some way.

Yup. To me it looks like a Shark or maybe a Hyena.

Its a honda DN 01 which is neither a scooter nor a motorcycle...
saw it in flesh at DSG more than a year back
The design is primararily based on the hammer head Sharks

I think Nitro is asking for the looks & not about the engine.

Yes, its DN01; somehow its very appealing to me; IMO, they classified this under motorcycle; can you let us know why this is not being classified under scooter or motorcycle?

I'm also saying the same thing as asked by nitro i.e single vs twin headlamp setup. And that's the first difference I may off between a F4 and R1. There might be other things like free form headlamps and all.

Word "twin" always excites me on twin cylinder

                              In Honda website,
DN-01 has been classified under Street - Crossover. Is crossover meant for neither a scooter nor a bike as discussed above?
Even they have classified Furry under Street - Chopper. Whether Chopper belongs to Cruiser catogory?

Aaah...well you bought a good question to my mind - the difference between chopper & cruiser; at the moment I feel the difference but unable to express
Let me not hijack Satya's thread & keep talking about the agressiveness
