                            I got these roller blading knee protectors from us recently and they hv lasted a fair bit cause they r quite thick. But the ones you get in India hardly last a couple of sessions.

                                Simple. Shift your ass of the seat to the side where you are bending. Keep your toes on footpeg. Make sure you have a knee protector.:-)
