before a week. i tried screwing the carb screw anticlockwise which could give more fuel to the engine so the engine wont scream.
But still the same and also my mileage dropped.

I reached my second service schedule.I got to service my bike this weekend,n also ask them to tune again my carb freshly...

If at all my engine doesn't turns up good, like smooth.can i claim warranty n replace with new engine?
Thank you for the servicing tips, yes you can fight with them to get your engine corrected, but i dont think they will agree . Be strong and say either you make it smooth or replace with new engine. Also try emailing HH customer support regarding this clearly mentioning your prob and your "DEMANDS" all the best.
on 4 wheels u feel the speed after a crash, 2 wheelers are much more advanced

To clean the air filter, if you have a paper type airfilter then you just need to dis assemble the air filter box, take the air filter out and you need to blow air from opposite direction to blow off the dust. For blowing air you can use vacuumed cleaner, I use to use it, and its very worth full.

To adjust the clutch better to refer manual. But if you need a custom aggressive setting then during adjustment make it like after realizing the leaver 10-20mm from the grip the bike starts to move forward or the engine sound will change. The actual play of clutch is very very less, one don’t need the full clutch leaver play, company recommend it coz the want to make it safely.

The carb tuning is not that easy as people describe in xbhp or other forum. For a properly tuned engine running on pure gasoline is 14.7:1; that is, 14.7 lbs. of air to 1 lb. of fuel. But the 14.1:1 range slight richer and it is best for an engine. And for maximum horsepower is in the 12.2:1 - 13.5:1 A/F range. So all manufacturer tune their carb depending on their machine. And you think you can get it just tuning a screw?

Basically manufacturer uses CO tester to tune a carb to get the proper A/F mixture. So why only a stock carb setting can provide perfect power and mileage. These forum article never ever can give a perfect carb tuning.
After the engine wears and tears by 10k kms it needs an 1/8 richer mixture to operate smoothly like new. We can't depend the factory settings. I learned it trial and error.
