    The trip has started

    Just a quick note to let you all know the trip has finally started. Me & wife are enjoying it. Had a bone racking ride thru sakleshpur ghats yesterday when the GS & my riding capabilities were put to serious test with roads completely washed off! Now in Gods own country in Kasargod.

    Our temp net connection seems to be having problems and hence very limited access to the net. So cant update my log. Anyway, once I settle, I shall post the new thread. Till then thanks again for all your support & encouragement.

            we trivandrum xbhpians met up with him now and had a great time with him...rde with his monstrously huge machine to kovalam beach...he was so short on time and just spend around 4 hours in trivandrum...and we parted ways at 6 o clock as he headed to kanyakumari...

              the first sbk i ever got to feel and touch- a BMW R1200 GS! how better could it possibly get?! had an awesome time with haroon bhai raiding trivandrum! thank you haroon chetta for spending some time with us tvm xbhpians even in your tight itinerary!! ride safe! ride long!                   I am one of the lucky few who got to pillion on this awesome bike with an even better rider for 140kms and then also rode it for a few 100mts. This bike is in a different league altogether.
