Access doesn't have TVS tag It is made and marketed by Suzuki alone.

Suzuki access is also a good option. But I would rate it second after Honda (and its products like the activa/aviator).
ATGATT - Because hospital ceilings are boring !!!

You should try new TVS Wego
It comes with 12" alloy wheels with big telescopic suspension + all metal body + big and wide tyres + led tale lamp + mobile charger + 110cc engine +
8.0 bhp raw power + < 80 km/Hr speed + 50+++ mileage. Ruff & Tuff ride for any type of road conditions.

what else u want in just 48260 Rs on road price in delhi.

Honda on the other hand has all of this and better resale value (except the TVS tag, of course ). Compare the maintenance costs and spare parts prices and then take your pick. I'd say go with the honda (activa/aviator). It'll keep the head and the heart happy

Thanks guys for all your inputs.

After having test ridden all the suggested scooters, my dad decided that the Mahindra Duro offered the best ride quality, & value for money, & I concur with his decision.
Added to that, the Mahindra dealer offered the best exchange price for our old Honda Dio.

Hence we have placed a booking for the Mahindra Duro, and should be getting the vehicle sometime soon.

PS: Mahindra 2-wheelers might not be as big a name (yet) as Honda, Suzuki etc, but that doesn't mean they are any inferior. It is just that they will take some time to build a reputation in the competitive market, consisting of MNCs.

The pleasure is when your rear wheel slides, and you bring it back; and when the front wheel lifts, you take your time bringing it back.

                  UPDATE:
Got the delivery of the bike, & my dad and I are really loving it.
I did a 20Km ride today, without any issues. The Dio which we had earlier, would give me back-ache after just 3-5Kms.

Here's a pic of our Mahiandra Duro:
