            You mean the one connected to head of the engine right.is there anything inside it to clean.I haven't see some one clean it.could you get me the procedure
            I mean a bike whose clutch is strong enough to survive a wheeile.

            In the injector check the pipes going in and out if they are clean and crak free.

                  Finally checked the mileage with stock air filter.Returning 45 KMPL.even though it is a poor FE for me.is it a normal FE for a splendor with this big tyre?

                    Did you also alter the AFR after reverting to stock air filter?

                      no i didn't recently and i didn't adjust the AFR even after fitting the HP airfilter thats why I was running lean.so the AFR was set for the stock air filter right?

                      Checked the plugs today.they had little brownish shade in the spark points and major of black colour.I think it is a perfect mixture if its brownish

                        Right but if it blackish with more of oil-like soot on it, it is not good. It should be dark tan to brown.
                        As for mileage, check for correct tire inflation, chain slackness and sticking of brake pads to drum.

                          i always try hardly to maintain the perfect tyre pressure.is it advicible to inflate 37/38 psi?

                          the plug contain 70% black and 30% brown
