Ask them to be ready if any miss happening happens with you, they are in consumer court in next moment.
I already warned them about it. Actually I have mailed them twice. One in their contact us section to an email id. And directly in website in service section. The mails have gone to customer care. If you have any others contact, then please inform. I will mail them

Hello Brother, saw your post and thought of giving my suggestion, i had also faced the same problem in my 220F (2010 model) in yr 2011, sent all kinds of mail and phone calls to bajaj but nothing happened, in fact i strained my relations with the SVC, i was also suggested to claim insurance but the mechanic at the SVC helped me and guided me to a tyre shop which has the facility of removing the bent from both the RIMS i paid 250 for each mag and they are still running perfectly after 3 years and 46000 KMS.... so my suggestion would be to find a good tyre shop and get them straightened.

              Re: Please give suggesstions

Yesterday the Engineer visited my place. I said him all the 3 problems I had in this bike and also proved all of those by taking him to ride.
Problem1: Wobbling between 55-70KMPH with no hands on bike. He said you should atleast keep one hand on it ( maybe in fear). I also proved it by keeping one hand with less pressure on it. I showed him the wobbling. I also told him that I face this issue during sharp cornering at 60-80kmph.
Problem2: Disc was much heating. I mean it was boiling . He understood the situation.
Problem3: Bike goes off at 100KMPH. That means I need to wait for 1 min and start it again. I knew the solution( air lock in tank causes it). He said its the one spark plug which goes off at 100KMPH. Its a safety feature.

              His solution's:
Problem1: 1. Visual observation for bends, accidents etc.
              2. No solution found. Temporarily skipped problem.
Problem2: 1. There was no play in disc. Once on the way the dics got locked. Then i removed air from it and every thing was fine. I told him the cyliners are not getting back to initial position. How he linked the disc problem with wobbling. He then checked with a new disc plate on my mag and went for ride. No. Problem exists.
              2. Again changed minor kit spring ( near lever). Oil changed. Again ride. Still persists. Adjusted quite number of times. Still the problem persists.
              3. Finally replaced with a new Major kit ( whole assembly mounted on Fork w/o Disc plate). Now the problem vanished. But wobbling was still present. The branded Bybre kit got finally replaced. It was priced at around 1400 ( one mechanic told). Now I felt guilty for what I was suggested by fellow bajaj users about quality while purchasing a new bike.
Problem3: 1. Once cleaned cap. After that I didnt cross 80KMPH. So no result.
              2. In the evening I again went for a ride with Engineer. I crossed 106KMPH. And the problem was still present. Now he promised me to repair it. Since the service centre was sub. He called me to main SVC. So that he can get all the resources. He also told the same problem with the bajaj. He said that one spark goes off. and because of that I am facing that issue. I told him physics that if I remove the tank cap, then everything will be alright. Though not satisfied I requested him just to resolve this. He has called me on Tuesday after Festival. I may go there on Friday since i too have some work pending.

Again Problem1: Exchanged the wheel set with other P180 which came for service and he went for a ride. Now he again changed the Wheel set with a brand new P180 in showroom and told me to go for ride. I purposely called the Engineer with me and took a drive. The problem was somewhat reduced. I told him to check with the P220 tyre which I previously checked which had no issues. He said he cant go for that. Then I finally told him " Whatever you do, but I dont want this problem again". And finally I told I will came to Main SVC on tuesday. And left the showroom. I came there at 11AM and left at 5:15PM. Waste of time. Finally this is what the bajaj quality inspire me. The same will be with the KAWA and KTM's. My RC390 plan got dropped.

All these situations teach me one lesson" You can claim quality only If you know your bike very well" Else it is very easy for them to teach you. Its a fact. The engineer had compromised me for everything. And he told all the problems regarding quality with the higher authority only because of me. The same model was on road for about five years ( P180 with thicker front forks) and no solution with them. In UG5, there is no BCU. Still the Vehicle MRP is same. The Vehicle is still 2.8 months old and I have replaced a foot rest, chain sprocket, Brake liner and finally a Major disc kit. And sill the Second service not completed. Odo reads 4100KMS.
The wheel of 220 is balanced. We can see weights on them. So that may be the reason of bike now wobbling. I told the same with Engineer. He says the bajaj wont go for it. But the tyre and Mag vendor goes for it.

Seriously upset on reading the above. Looks like you got a defective piece and your perception on Kawa is incorrect as Bajaj isnt manufacturing them. They are being assembled by Bajaj..

Wobbling could be because of balance issues like you mentioned.

Why dont you ask for a replacement bike as you have a defective piece and they havent been able to resolve it. This is a new bike which we are talking about.

                  Re: Please give suggesstions

Sad to read about your issues. I know how it feels. Regarding Kawasaki, it is assembled by Bajaj from kits imports from Thailand. It sure is high on quality and requires slightly different perspective to enjoy her.

That said and done, Ninja too has its fair share of "manufacturing lapses". The headlamp, speedo, indicators fog up easily in rains. I never noticed that on my P220, Duke 200, R15. Apart from the fogging issue I have not noticed anything yet.

I had trouble with the chain initially where it would start making noise within 2-3 minutes of riding. The noise was loud and Bajaj Engineer was prompt in replacing chain and rear sprocket. However, that too didnt work, and finally when I changed my chain lube from Tribocor to Motul the noise went away.

For the chain replace, the problem was the wrong inclination of the rear axle. So it was tight on one side and slack on other. And regarding Yamaha video you posted was good. However Yamaha India is different. That depends on the SVC. In the consumer forums we have quite problems with Yamaha too. But quality wise, Yamaha is extra-ordinary. The actual problem about our SVC is that the people have very less knowledge about bikes. They tighten bolts as of Truck Tyre. If there is one good technician, there will be 4 to follow him.
