    My personal opinion is that, keep your 220 stock, buy another faster bike if possible. That is what I did.
    You can get plenty options like bigger bore, larger carbs free flow exhaust, decat etc. Its not worth pushing the small motor and compromise the reliability.

      1. Use iridium spark plugs.
      2. Use original k&n airfilter which is made for only pulsar 220.

                Reminds me of a time when My friend had a kawasiki/Bajaj caliber that did 360* on the speedometer when it hit 60kmph at 😂 rpm meter used to hit redline and back to 0 😂

                    Remove the air filter bro. My ZMR touched 150 kmph with KnN and with no air filter my ZMR touched 180 kmph.. 30 kmph difference by just removing the AF!!
