@all..............no offence, but why is only Abhijeet interested in helping me........it would be great to have more people on this thread....

      PLEASE SOMBODY ....H E L P ! ! ! ! !

Well, about the jerks, sorry no idea about anything else. About the balance thing, can you decribe CLEARLY and in DETAIL?

@abhijeet.........sorry i was busy with my job.....i have decided to let the jerks as they are as of now.....cause 'opening up the engine' means it geting f**ked up!!!....if i shift with some adjustments it dint jerk that much......but for the vehicle weaving, i am not able to rectify it man!!

let me explain - first i had cone-set issues.....so i got it replaced....again it broke!!!!.....so i got it replaced alongwith front suspension overhaul ( replacing fork oil & springs ).....also i was suffering from that WEAVING & WOBBLING issue...so i got the wheel-out rectified...the tyre was wornout, so i got it replaced.....got new rear suspension tooo!!!......now still the bike feels like its weaving along sideways even when i am riding straight on highways....feels very unconfident to ride.....gets upset when riding over interblocking-bricked roads & the strips on roads ( due to surface changes ) & along corners....i cant even think of leanig.....it scares the hell outta me when i corner/lean & brake ( even just a tab!!! )....it feels bouncy on uneven surfaces........
simply speaking...........the whole handling set-up is kinda lost!!!

if u need to ask ne more questions........please do..........& thanks for trying to help bro.....really appretiate it......

@mumbai xbhp members - any body got contacts with good bajaj mechanic who has got potential to get this rectified......

I am happy to try and help bro. Swingarm bush is ok. Wheel alignment is also ok. Cone set is ok too. Are the tyres seated properly? I guess so. And wheel bearings at both end?

Does the front end feel light or does it actually weave?

If you ride at 20kmph and at 40kmph what is the difference? Wobbling decreases? Also if you add a pillion. what happens?

@abhijeet - i am glad to hear that.....the tyres are fitted properly.....
how do i check wheel bearings????.................
i dunno what u mean by "Does the front end feel light or does it actually weave?"..........explain a little bit.......not much difference between low(20) or high(40-60).....the bike weaves at any undulation!!!.....
but let my give u more explanations.....the front feels BOUNCY (i guess more fork oil than needed??....).....and it refuses to turn in into corners with at least some minimal control.......the rear weaves and feels like i am riding on deflated tyre!!!........
the rear kinda sinks in when a pillion is added......gives stability to the rear wheel but the front completely becomes useless.....refuses to go into the directions i give!!!

i really appreciate this discussion..........it might lead to a solution....thanks...

When you add pillion, the front becomes useless, this is what I meant by if the front felt light.

Check if the suspensions are at proper height. If front end is higher than rear end, it can feel lighter, especially so with a pillion.

To check for wheel bearing issues -

Put the bike on center stand. Lift the front wheel off the ground by pressing down at the rear. Now lightly touch down the front wheel on the ground by releasing pressure at the rear. When the front wheel just touches the ground, you may hear a "tak" noise. Basically the front wheel has play with the front wheel axle rod. Then it is bearing issue. Also when the front wheel is off the ground, hold the steering rod steady at full lock to the left or right and move the wheel in L-R motion to check for any play.

Similarly check for rear wheel bearing play too.

yes, the front is very much light......so much that its difficult to steer the bike!!!...................

what could be the causes???.......how do i get it rectified???

regarding the bearing..........will let you know tomorrow.........
