I did not understand. Can you explain this a bit? Like There has been a mention of Assembly in the bill. Does that mean new parts assembly or the old parts itself? The owner is bearing all these costs. Im planning to purchase the bike for 40-45k. Is the purchase justified? Will i be facing any other major problems in the coming 1 year?

    Thanks.

Because the longer standstill might cause rusting and deterioration of wear and tear !!
The tyres were changed like a year back. They havent been ridden more than 6k kms. Coming to sprockets i dont know. The owner is bearing all these costs. Im planning to purchase the bike for 40-45k. Is the purchase justified? Will i be facing any other major problems in the coming 1 year?

    Thanks.

Everything (mostly) has been changed completely(new parts) . That's what [MENTION=37035]ashwinprakas[/MENTION] mentioned !!
If any problem persist for next few years go to the mechanic where you done service and he'll work on your machine for free of cost.

Wow 40-45K is a good deal , I will say go ahead straight for it.

*** However am not an expert to describe . Any experienced bikers suggestion needed here.[emoji871]️

As of now, the bike has been completely ripped and worked.

          Suggestions:

TREAT IT LIKE A NEW BIKE .

Don't overspeed as the bike hasn't used for several months .

All the new kits and assembly should be set on , so maintain sane driving and check for flaws.

Check whether the smoke(silencer) is coming or not may be white/black.

          Check the FE.

Change the brake/ fork oils if necessary.

We are here to help you, many experienced ones are here.[emoji41][emoji106]

          Cheers,
          Ride safe.

If you're going to have this bike forever, I suggest you to re-register the bike on your name.

*It's not a hectic job and can be done in local RTO for Rs.1500-2000 !!!

**Then you can insure your bike will costs you around Rs. 2000+ annually.

              It is a 2012 manufactured 2013 model 200 NS.

I have a question regarding the bill. In the bill its mentioned Clutch Assembly, Bore Kit Assembly. Does Assembly mean replacing the old parts with new ones? or just plain assembling of old parts?

              Thanks.
Sure, Everything will be new on-board !!

sorry for these many questions. I know very little about bikes.

The bike is now with the owner. The bike was given to SVC around 20th Sep. Was given back on 26th Sept. I actually sent a person who knew a guy in the SVC. So i asked him to click few pics. a pic of carburetor opened and bike dismantled. Ill upload the pics tomorrow along with the pics you have asked.

You said to check few other things. What are they? Im totally new. So if you can explain in detail, it would be of great help.

                        Thanks.

Brake oils + fork oils totally will cost you around Rs. 500.
I dont have any PMs other than urs. its saying the user you are trying to send has exceeded the limit of PMs.

And will the Brake oils + fork oils be changed if the bike is given to general servicing at the same svc as the bike was given to repair all the stuff & finally a general periodic service.

                                Thanks.
