Guys jets were culprit. Here is what is did,
I contacted many experts and mechanics known to me and searched alot in bike forums for my problem. I finally got to know the working of carburetor. The jets supply fuel to carburetor. So I thought as the bike was not running for a year, jets maybe clogged. So I bought both main and pilot jet and I myself opened the carburetor and changed. It is perfect now. Bike is starting and running as usual. Thank you all guys for your time and support.
