Thanks for all your inputs. From what i could gather out of all your valuable inputs, i think it should be better if i let the engine all alone and not do any funny stuff to it. I guess it wont do me any good in the long run.

I guess i will have to stick to some basic mods like the headlights and a paint job etc. I already have a 120/80 back tire installed. Anyway, so i was considering the advise of Rakesh Rok of installing a FFE. I really want my bike to roar hard but i heard that installing FFE will kill the engine in the long run.

Is there a way to add a custom exhaust with the roar but not poisoning my engine?

I plan to start work on the bike from next month or by max December.

warm regards.
I'll give you three plans for the FFE exhaust or good looking exhaust to make,
1. Install a complete new FFE exhaust with a new pipe as well, make it a shorter one not the long one. . .

2. Make the exhaust a slip on, like this which my friend has made,

3. Keep it simple with paint like this,

Now coming to my words, don't go for the first one, that's where you'll end up getting screwed. . . 2 seems little on the safer side, except that if you do proper tuning along with a good k&n, k&n RC-1090 then you can extend the life more but less than the stock one and also if not revved hard everytime, it'll return you a decent mileage figures as well, my friend has it and he's happy with it, he's getting the same mileage before he had installed the k&n and perforated exhaust, the thing is he doesn't rip it all the time, just be slow and quick. . . If you are scared of the above two options, go with 3, just install a k&n for a good sound and also don't forget to upjet it properly, also make sure he's a good mechanic. . . Hope all the info I have mentioned helped and at last, don't forget to put the pics once the work is done . . .

Cheers!!!

@TBTS-350 : Please stay away from these tin cans. if you want "sound", just remove the cat-con, but let me remind you, you wont get green signal while you go for pollution check.
I have used ffe from a well renowned "tooner" and paid the price with fried valves. Same happened with quite a few friends of mine.
Just remember one thing in case of exhausts : Every exhaust has a particular inlet and outlet size , any changes in that will eventually affect the engine.
As Divya Sharan said, there is no options for our desi bikes , not even slip ons. Its all marketing gimmick, don't fall for those.

What others have said, stick to that : Sell it, save money and upgrade the ride.
P.S : One cant make a donkey a horse in anyway possible.
