H4 100/140W halogen bulb
Pipe air horns (the one which comes with 3 bright red pipes and a motor)
Stator coil rewinding with 17 AWG wire
APE RR unit
Ok, so now I have procured items 1, 2 and 4. As for the rewinding part, I got hold of a mechanic for this purpose.
What are the common pitfalls that I need to look out for? What would be the change in wiring required and where?
The battery I use is an amaron 12v 9ah battery. Would there be any effects on the battery? If so what?
PS: I've already installed the auto pal headlamp.

I dont think u'll get the full brightness though u can try. I hope ur sealed beam is a metal reflector else, keep a tray to collect the molten reflector drops. Need to change the supply wires, route the whole tru relays. Why do u want to change the RR for a halo? AC+DC setup will keep ur batt in good health due to min usage. Go for the RR swap only if want to alter the charging rate. 3 pipe airhorn will easily support from a 9AH.
Yes, the sealed beam is a metal reflector(straight from the amby) and what did you mean by keeping a tray? Didn't get you there.
. Thing is u wont get an impressive beams spread from an HID on a sealed beam and the visibiity improves only the surroundings as the light throw distance is shorter than the Halos due to the focussing issues. For an oncomer ur light is as good as a 1000W plasma and they couldnt resist staring on it. But for u its as good as a mean lighting beyond some distance. Instead u need to go for projectors for better results. All HID conversion kits for sealed beams are fakes as there's no sealed beams have the HID capability as its focal positioning and optical design methods are totally different for a halogen and an HID.
