      my 2007 Thumper 500LB

Just picked this beauty a week back, i named it the "La Poderosa" (The Mighty One) in the same tradition as Ernesto "Che" Guevara named his Norton 500.

      Its a 10/2007 500LB with a Special RTO Registration No. i.e. 5555

The previous owner had really decked it with crap (See the before and after pics). I managed to salvage some pride for the thumper.

Still needs some more refinement and chrome ... chrome would be post monsoon. I have replaced the silencer with the GoldStar replica for a better thump. I will be upgrading the carbs with a BS-30 or simply upjet the current one. The Scrag Clutch is about to give up, so i guess that will come in next. Also plan to add a rear disc (havent figured out how though).

Will keep everyone posted on the developments.

              Royal Enfield Ftat track racer

I have seen RE's being modded into cafe racer and choppers and all but have not seen anybody mod it into a cafe racer. So I thought of Photoshopping one into a flat track racer. My adobe skills are not very professional but I try.

Here are a couple of photos of my 2000 Standard 350. First one is stock. The remaining are after a paint job and a seat change.

thanks.. I have always wanted a flat trac racer ever since i saw a Harley Davidson XR series kitted with a Roland Sands Flat Trac kit in Motorcyclist magazine.. with inverted forks and the total works... it had a aluminum tank.. USD forks megaphone exhaust..
