    yep folks, it is the monsoon time, the best time to ride a motorcycle (and to take a picture) because they say if you don't ride in rain, you don't ride at all.

    Here's my contribution. Abhishek riding the mighty Busa somewhere before entering Vizag.

        Well unfortunately I prefer not to take the camera out while riding and specially when its raining. SO here are some of the pics before or after or during the rain. But I am not riding at that.....

            Thats me cornering in wets to riding to Goa... I miss my YZF R15. Spending first monsoon with my D390 so pics in making :P

                          One doubt to all of you..not sure if its the correct place for the query..but Do any of you guys use any special case/cover(SLRs/mobile phones) during taking photos during rains??
                          My phone got all wet(which is now fine after 3 days of drying in rice..) during the ride so couldn't take much pictures

                              First of all beautiful pictures there!

                              Now, yes, the phone must be protected while you are riding in the rain and if you plan to take photos with it as well. The damage caused by moisture is not usually covered by manufacturers under warranty. Now, the question of which cover? Depending on the phone you use, there are several rain proof covers, etc., available in the market. Besides there are some phones which are actually waterproof/resistant, e.g., samsung galaxy s5, Sony experia Z, etc.. if nothing is available, keep your phone in clear transparent polythene bag and avoid taking it out while it is raining. Also when you put it back in the bag after taking photos, make sure there is no moisture/water droplets on the phone or in the polythene bag itself.
