I would just say that don't "play" with post-processing. It can kill an image. Just be 'gentle', if you know what I mean. i got your point, what i was doing is automatic processing all that the tool recommend, no efforts from my side, i tried to play with a little bit but then it becomes dead image and this the reason im not working properly.
BTW thanks aryan da i need to put some more time on the images and im sure i might come up with some eye pleasing results.sigpic

here's one picture i had taken long back , its one of my favorite . (the subject is my daughter)
guys i was toying with the idea of buying a digital SLR after years of using a point and shoot camera , my question is should i directly buy a Canon D500 or should i buy a lil less expansive camera to get the hang of it . am inspired by all you guys on this forum .Shabbar
