Hey Guys,
I need your help. Since there are lot many good photographers in this group, I am putting my question in this forum only.

I need a decent point & shoot camera which should be able to take pictures in manual mode too where I can tweak with ISO, Aperture & Shutter speed. I am just a beginner & would like to improve on my skills :P

I have shortlisted on these three. Please, please, please help me out guys. I am not able to understand much & am getting confused. All of the three has wide lens, I guess.

Nikon Coolpix L120
Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ150
Canon PowerShot SX130 IS

FZ150 hands down winner in that list (BTW Canon SX150 IS is the newest one).

Nikon coolpix doesnt have Manual mode

Much much thanks brother... I know. My original plan was to purchase Powershot SX30 IS but due to budget hit & infation on the higher side I had to downgrade. may be I will go for SX30 IS if I can manage somehow but if I can't then will surely purchase SX150 IS.
Do you have any knowledge about SX30 IS brother?

SX30IS is old now. There are better stuff in the market now, for example the Fujifilm HS20EXR

OH!! I was wondering that as I didn't see anything wrt manual mode in the specification.

ummm... not sure. I read review. It has maximum features but image quality isn't that good. Actually, for me, there is no better company than Nikon and Canon. Let's see. The price is too high, almost equal to an entry level DSLR.

I am now a proud owner of Canon Powershot SX 30 IS. Bought last night from CROMA (TATA Enterprise). Price 24K. 900 for 2 yr extended Dealer warranty. Apart from standard 4 GB card, got 8 GB SD card as complimentary (more of forced
