    Try switching to 20w50 for a change. Mineral one. I've used it in my brother's Unicorn and the shifts are much better than what it used to be. I've been using Castrol Activ 4T 20w50 post my free service completion. The shifts are much smoother and the engine purrs and most of the time the exhaust note is so smooth that you literally need to check the console to see if the engine is running. I can assure you for a fact that the false neutrals are not an issue with bike I'm using. I did face a bit on it while it was new. Currently 18k on ODO (purchased in 2016) and the shifts are really comfortable. Also, I have changed the stock Heel and Toe shifter in favor of the Toe Shifter from Hornet. I find that one easier to use during the highway cruise (which is what exactly I use the bike for, no city rides).

    Switch to mineral and change at 2k drain intervals. Though the drop isn't too much I'd still suggest you keep the drain at 2k.

    Hi. Couldn't make sense of the last sentence as above. But yes, I did follow the standard and non-noob way of adjusting the afr.
    There are many factors that affect rideability;

    Manifold Leaks.
    Diaphragm Leaks.
    Slide sticking.
    Faulty Choke Plunger.
    Clogged Air Filter.
    Clogged Fuel Line/Filter/Strainer.
    Inadequate Spark. etc.

    So it would be best to rule out the above in the even that your facing issues such as missing, resistance to accelerate, lack of torque etc.

    This is the right way to rune a carburetor rather than going with trial and error, also make sure that every time you tune a carburetor the Air Filter and Spark Plug should be new to get a better tune and read.

    Also do note that in the event something goes wrong i.e fuel missing etc, you should not re-tune the carburetor as all it does is mask the underlying issue, a carburetor should only be re-tuned after its been through a complete overhaul i.e including an overhaul kit and new screws(AFR Included).

    So I guess it would be best if you start looking elsewhere.

    Cheers.

    An update. 2.5 turns seems to make the engine struggle for air. Now trials on at 3 turns. Seems a lot better. Mileage not tested.
