    Re: Honda Unicorn

My new BSVI unicorn is ready for delivering. Will get it delivered by Friday evening.

I think the new BSVI unicorn has nothing common of BSIV unicorn, expect the cosmetic exteriors.

Came to know new things, in BSVI bikes throttle is owned by bloody sensors, one don't have full control over engine rpm. Sad.

    Plesae suggest appropriate tyres
110/80 should fit. 120 will not fit on that rim and space for the fact alone that those were never meant for the size/bike.

Take my word for what its worth, the Shine is the best commuter Honda has to offer, if you're not a fan then you should be looking at the Bajaj Pulsar 150, the Unicorn is Big No if long term ownership is in the books.

    Cheers,

Recently my 6 year old Super splendor got stolen.

It was giving 55kmpl on highway.

Was thinking to get Super splendor BS6 again.

    But many adviced of unicorn.

Just want to know here, what mileage does Unicorn give , say after 5 or 8 years.

Finally took the plunge and changed the rear suspension by myself. Turned out to be a much simpler affair than expected. Only snag was putting the Tyre back in which took some effort.
