      Re: Hero Ignitor

      Hi Friends...............

I have completed 1 week and 150 kms in a week.
I am enjoying my ride on Ignitor.
Mileage no idea upto now will be testing in coming days.

But i got some small problem which is already discussed in this thread

Gear shift problem......from 4th to 5th some times stuck........... suddenly falling to neutral (not regularly)
Is this normal before first service? can i hope after first service everything will be smooth with gear shifting.........?

And i need some tips to get more mileage and for well maintenance...........

      I am loving my ignitor............

Sir ji.... U can gave first 1000 km to bike. Let her decide how she behave. Infact as i said many times its a coordination of mind+hand+bike for clutch and anyother things. Dont think too much enjoy ur new ride and pinpoints these during service. May be these problem vanished as timepass within 1000kms.

Its parking light dude. Pass light is just high beam that glows for a sec when you press pass switch. Thats why you can't use pass switch when on high beam.

                          Hi abhi

I am riding in rain and wet roads from past 10 days.
I felt bike is very comfortable to handle.
                          i have not find slippy.

and yes i also heard that sometimes TVS tires of this bike are Slippy but not experienced till date and i am enjoying rides on my IGNITOR..........

Hey Sid, was that a typo? I mean (I'm not sure), can we use pass light when on high beam? Or only on low beam?

Sorry, that was a typing mistake.. "You can't use PASS During high beam". Actually, PASS is Trigger switch (On-Only when you hold it) to high beam..So by pressing PASS switch when using high beam, again you are switching on the same... So nothing happens. When on low beam if you press the PASS switch,it activates high beam and that's why you see that flickering thing which hits the rear view mirror of the vehicle in front of you...

So in short, when you press PASS switch you can see the flickering thing only when you are on low beam which is known as PASS....

                                Hello guys...need urgent help...
Today or tomorrow i'll get the bike...
I'm buying with loan payment..So I went yesterday @ showroom...one of the worker showed me the bike...

But I watched that bike already travelled approx. 6Kms ... I asked that guy..He told me that that's because of bike testing in production plant...
Is this normal or I should avoid the bike ?
                                Reply ASAP...
