    Doesn't affect warranty. The only downside is that top speed drops by a little bit whilst you gain on the corners due to increased contact patch. Also, if changing from stock IIRC tyres, then the slightly reduced height makes for more comfortable riding position with much lesser stress on the wrists but makes the bike prone to scrape the underbelly on nasty speed breakers. All in all and in my opinion, the 150/60 rear tyre section makes a sensible and worthwhile upgrade on the N300.

    How can changing your tyres affect warranty? Unless the bigger tyre rubs against a part, causing it's early failure, I don't think so.

    I am planning for upgrading y stock exhaust with IXIL x55. Has anybody done this before? Also, please let me know where can i go about for buying in chennai.
