I'm using the 2.5A Amaron Pro Bike Rider Beta series. It's an MF battery, so you never need to fill water.
Comes with a 24mth. Unconditional Replacement warranty and another 24mth. Pro rata replacement warranty.
It lasts about 30mths. And we need to pay about 60% of the new price i.e., 670 bucks for a new one.
    I am quite satisfied.

    Hi all,

Which battery in the market presently is good for fieros? I had amco-yuasa as stock. Then tried exide riderz. Battery is of 2.5 amps for kick start engine.

Not much activity in the forum nowadays... Would tune in here once a week to read on all the bike mods and wide chassis conversations :P

So, run-in is over. How's the performance now?

I own a 2004 year model tvs feiro f2 , its now almost time for engine rebuilding, does anybody know any expert mechanic in and around trivandrum
who is expert in tvs bikes.

I wish to keep the bike as a standby if its repairable or to throw as a junk if its not possible.

If you are not bothered about keeping the spoke set-up,then what your mech has suggested ,should be just fine. For the rear-disk config, once again you can put the entire,swing-arm,shocks,disk of the RTR.But be ready to face issues, which would need some looking into.If your mech is confident about these modifications, then you can go ahead with it.I am also of the same openion as abhilashabhi12 about rear-disk mod. With regard to self start mod,i\'m afraid i won\'t be of much help there.

    May be others can help

Linear acceleration or smooth ride is just one side of the coin. This bike has split personality! Just explore the beast in it!
