As of now i have found the culprit , and it is the visor which makes the rattling noise on the broken road. Ironically this is the first thing that i told the service center to check but they said it is good.
As for now i have pushed a 1 inch thick old sheet of foam inside the gap between the visor and the speedo unit and it is really working out, been 2 days riding like this and tested this on most broken and bad stretches. With this foam in place the rattling almost nil , there is very faint noise that too not regularly.
Currently it is a rough juggad till i get time to take it to the service center and give them a rant.
