I have owned a Ninja 650 in the past, although the tank capacity is 16-17 liters, the max i could use was around 14 liters. Is this the same with Versys (i know Versys has 21 liter tank) too? how much fuel in the tank is usable. I am seriously considering to buy this bike, hence looking forward for your response.

    Cheers!!

Nothing is mentioned about it in manual, but I think you can use almost all of it.

First 1000kms .. RPM limit 4K... every km is like 100 km with that restriction.... and fater that 1000-1600kms . RPM limit 6K.

The fun exactly starts at 4K I feel

Really ? Run in RPM limit is 4k ? I thought it's 6k rpm for first 1000 kms.

That would be hard, go for some long weekend rides and finish run in. Is tyre specs are same as Ninja 650F ?. And please Post some more pics.

Yea, I can understand the pain, as I too underwent the same when I bought the ER-6n two months back, the first 1000 KMS are a real pain, as the bike always wants to runaway all the time, and its also little dangerous to keep on checking the rpm every single time while riding making sure it doesn't cross the 4k mark, but after that maintaining it under 6k is relatively better, especially when riding in the city, glad that I have crossed both the stages now, done almost 1900 KMS so far, and not a single day goes by that it makes me feel what a machine it is!!

Yeah trying too.... but riding at 80-85km/hr (6th Gear : 4K RPM) is realy a let down.. I think the tyre specs are same.. 120 front 160 rear .. DUNLOP
The ride is enjoyable and I think this is the time to make the connect with the bike which will be forever bond

Yeah I think 6K RPM will be just fine... ANd surely the machine is super smooth and just rev happy I am guessing ......
ALso one thing I noticed the factory setting of shockers are real good.. but will be playing with those settings soon to see the difference...

Yesterday I went to Breakfast ride of my group to Murthal , Gulshan Dhaba. ON way back met GODS on the road all were zooming and I was like stuck at 4K RPM .. lol.. But yeah I bought this machine to take me places not to podium so no worries

Also not much into taking pics more interested these days enjoying the ride and making the connect with it.. But here are few of Sunday breakfast Ride.

                              few things I noticed:

due to less sound and all black this bike generally go un-noticed on roads.... but if someone do spot it the expressions are amazing .. lol

Main question I always get is .... kitne ki hai?? and then itne mein to gaddi aa jati ..lol

RIde is comfortable around 4K RPM as that is the limit right now... its so smooth and quiet that sometime you dont feel engine is running

I have to play with suspension settings soon haven't tried them yet ... the front are set on harder side when it came but works fine. Not only front brakes are great even the rear one also works great!!!

                              Cheers

Noticed a V 650 in Noida 63 KTM/Kawa Service station two week back, installation work of aux light was going on, was it yours?
