Did you manage to find one that fits?Originally posted by bushpig View PostRe: Hero XPulse 200
Hello guys,
The bikes cruising speed on highways is around 90 anything more than that it feels stressed. My primary use is touring and trails and i dont mind if the bike's a little sluggish, if it means the cruising speed marginally increases. I thought of changing the gearing for more top end, the current gearing is 13/38 and i want it to be 14/38. I have searched around for 14t sprockets. FZ150: only for hole for the bolt so not a proper fit, rtr180: the holes dont match to one on the case, avenger: the crank hole does not fit, I am yet to try the 200ns, 220 and the duke 250 sprockets. I have looked at rear sprocket options but the only one i found was from sparrowteck and it is 3k. Can anyone please suggest a solution for the front sprocket issue? If any of you have swapped pls let me know which one worked.
Cheers,

You can use any brand fork oil as long as the oil viscosity is of the recommended one. Of course you can stiffen or loosen depending on your requirement, but if you like the stock performance, you can stick to stock.Originally posted by Longrides View PostAny one has replace Fork Oil with Liqui Moly fork oil ? I haven’t noticed the thud but I do once in a while get an improper shift response which is mostly a jerk. Sometimes the engine cuts off in first gear during stop and go traffic. All these issues seem to occur more rarely now after riding it for 2000km.Originally posted by sparky View PostHey, I have Xpulse and I am hearing a thud sound whenever I press the clutch lever in 1st and 2nd gear, this has happened from day-1 but ASS doesn't know what to do about it. The clutch works alright but I get the hard sound when I pull the clutch lever in signal or stop'n'go tarffic. Anybody seeing this?

I love the bike but the suspension is too stiffOriginally posted by Ananth9481 View PostConsider Honda Hiness 350.
I already have a dodgy back and tail bone thanks to my Avenger :P

Any idea which headlight can we use to replace the USELESS stock headlight of the Xpulse? I dont want to fit auxillary lights because the cops get a free pass to fine us for illegal mods.
I dont want to be doing too many modifications to the bike either, so even a halogen headlight with a better throw and spread is welcome....any thoughts ladies and gentlemen?

Re: Hero XPulse 200
has anyone manage to fit a tyre hugger for the rear wheel? It's almost like I went on a dirt track when rains pour.
