There are a lot of options to increase performance, Some I can think of is porting and polishing followed by re-jetting the carb, big bores, increase compression by shaving the head.

I personally have had the 125cc, high compression set up on mine for sometime. Reliability goes for a toss eventually, in my case the engine is due for a rebuild.

In this day and age, the Victor still holds it own and does amazingly well, so I would suggest ride it the way it is and get a bigger bike for your performance cravings

P.S: Thanks for sharing the DIY on the forks.

        Electric start Tvs victor?

        Hey guys

Has anyone ever tried retrofitting an electric starter on your GL/GX/Edge? My bike's due a complete overhaul from engine to electricals. So why not an electric start.

The Magnet cover from the GLX seems to be a direct fit, however the timing chain tensioner gets in the way of the starter. Even a GLX without electric start has a completely different cylinder block and crankshaft from the GLXes model.

Any info on this would be helpful.

        Thanks in advance
        Pranav
There is no such thing as a bad motorcycle, it all depends on how you ride it.
