    Motorcycle Ownership Experience thread Approved.

@B2L: It would be nice if you could mention a few lines about your ride in these 2 days of ownership of perhaps the most wanted machine in the country now- the Kawasaki Ninja 250R!

@All: Please spare this thread from useless OTs and let it be really informative, instead.

Futile warning my friend and fellow moderator.

But I would like to second Aryan's point. This thread needs to be as clear and informative as possible.

@B2L / xinfii : We need a proper writeup of the ownership experience. Both of you are accomplished writers in your own right

@xinfii: When are you expected to get your Ninja?

He has delayed the delivery date as he wants to move back to S. India. He is currently at Pune..... So hopefully once he takes a delivery, even I will be able to post my test ride experience....

Congrats to all the present and would be owners of the Ninja.

I for one, would like to know the real life mileage of this bike.

I remember one member had mentioned that he had owned this bike abroad ,
probably the carb one , his wife used it . He told that the mileage was around 25-30 kmpl . Ofcourse depends on riding conditions and all , there roads are not like ours .
I think we should be satisfied with 20 - 25 kmpl . This is just a guess .

                  Delivery postponed

I was so freakin excited to take the delivery today. After having spent the entire yesternight with my eyes wide open ( seriously sleeping seemed like the least important thing to do yesternight ) I woke up only to read the the following in my mail box :
We thank and congratulate you for booking the Kawasaki Ninja in our showroom. We apologize whole heartedly that we cannot deliver the bike during the festive season of Diwali, however the current update is, we are awaiting for the T.C (Trade Certificate) to get issued from R.T.O Pune. The expected date of issue is approximately by the first half of next week, deliveries will follow suit. We would be calling personally to confirm the approval of Trade Certificate, so as to inform the Delivery date.
