My cents..others may have dollars to spare.
Couldn't agree more. 8k and above is where the Ninja breaks free. I fondly daydream about the days on my trip last month when I was doing 8-11 very, very often on the open highways. Exhilirating, to say the least. That is when you feel that every rupee spent on the Ninja was worth its weight in high rpm music.

          • Thanks Killer_instinct, bluevolt and Tenhut for the advice.
Currently I am riding the bike everyday to gym and office in Hinjewadi. Anyways I am unable to take it above 4K
Will go out over the weekend to achieve the 800kms for 1st break in and then 1000kms for 1st service.

On a 200km ride (both ways) while leaving from home, the excitement suppressed the discomfort. A slight adjustment of your bum would be good enough to get rid of the discomfort. The adrenaline rush would keep the dis-comfort away too..

While coming back, it was bad. Maybe the reason that "going back to home" rides - you know where you will end up or maybe my bum had taken enough

                Tried adjusting, didnt work.

For a pillion rider there is nothing to hold on to except the person who is driving...not good when going over 100 and braking quickly (thanks to Bangalore humps)

Pillion rider does feel the adrenalin rush when the bike goes over 4k mark.

Moral of the story - bigger your bum, the better it is for riding as pillion.
                Hey Gautam,

Try this for your seating issues...they forum overall is very helpful.

                Cheers,
                Amod.
