Yes Crosswinds is a major problem for ZMR.... not in city conditions though.. I still remember I had a big problem fighting X winds which were blowing my bike away.

Agree. i have felt the same when i was coming from Pune towards mumbai, the cross winds r so high that ZMR was falling. anyhow i managed to stand. but had bad experience.

I think it is universal problem.
Even I was shocked to face this problem on my ZMA.
Somewhere I had heard that heavy bikes usually don't face it.
But I did & so my friend on his R15 too.

                        So,
We need to be cautious in overtaking heavy vehicles on highway.
High top end is not the only key.

                        Also,
Never attempt overtaking from a gap of 2 vehicles, very dangerous.

It often takes a humiliating overtake to understand that an early jump off the red light won't help them lead the pact. All I want to say is - Go after green.

As it is a ghat region i was just with a speed of 60kmph, but after realizing that i have hit by Cross winds, i dropped the speed drastically from 60 to 20kmph.. after some time i totally stopped..

                            +1 for above...

usually bikes which are fully faired have cross winds problem as there is no space for winds to pass out.
