Hello again...
I kept my bike parked for 24hours and started it on Monday morning. It got started at once. [emoji3581]
Now, my concern is, its okay to remove those accessories from battery coz I am not going on long rides but I will need them later. So will it drain battery again ? Also will installing an in line switch (as you suggested earlier) solve this problem ?

Maybe you are right but I am know nothing about this. Removed both connections yesterday, lets see when do I have to push start it next time [emoji1]

If you wanted to do it direct, you should have just used a switch in series to stop them drawing current 24/7, atleast for the charger.

Yes, even when the key isn't in, the charger LED is always on. Both accessories are directly attached with battery terminals. (Done so to avoid any wire cutting)
I am just going to remove both of them and then observe. I wish there is no big issue coz Bajaj ASCs are not heard to be great generally.

Pls check if the mobile mount/charger draws power when ignition is off.

And for the GPS tracker, check the power draw. And if there is an option to make it track location after given interval, you can set it accordingly to increase the interval.

Regarding some particular issue with charging system, owners and pros can better enlighten you. You can observe it over the weekend by disengaging the accesories, that'll give you a better picture.

I need your help with My Avenger 220 Street 2019 model. Two weeks back when I was all set to go for a ride my bike ignition didn't work. It displayed en error message. I pushed it in second gear and got it started somehow. After going 4-5kms it got charged. It went fine further.
Last Sunday I didnt rode it anywhere and on Monday morning when I started it, the ignition didn't work again. And again I increased RPM and pushed it and started.
Today also I had to press the ignition 3-4 times and increase RPM. I feared it might need that push start method again.

Now I must mention some of the things about my bike and riding -
1) I rode it daily 8-10kms except Sundays.
2) Battery indicator doesn't blink so I get to know if its discharged.
3)Two electrical accessories which I have installed on it
#1) Motowolf mobile mount and charger(which I never used to charge my mobile, only there is a small LED indicator remains on in this mobile holder)
#2) A gps device which always tracks its location.
Apart from this I haven't installed any accessories like lights still I wonder how does it get drained so fast.
4) The place where I live is dry hot climate not cold or humid.
I knew already there wasn't a kick in this bike, still I bought this bike with great charm coz I didn't see forums or reviews that mention serious issues with its ignition. Also I see many Avengers with lots of accessories and riding high altitude regions with no big issues. Should I remove those two accessories too ?
This is so embarrassing sometimes when you are pushing your new bike that you had bought with great enthusiasm.

Please suggest me what should I do now.

Im also looking for it. I have Avenger Cruise 220 2018 Model. Im looking for Alloy Wheels as well as Tubeless tires. Can get the alloys and tires of Street and fit to Cruise, no issues. But im looking for a better design. Tried with Neo Alloys, but unable to get it for the size of Avy.

Any body fitted street 220 alloy wheels to avenger 220 (2014). Does it require any mod for rear brake or any other kind of alteration/issue, please help

Your dealer is just trying to make money, although free services wouldn't generate them much income. Tell them of your situation and that you cannot travel so far to get the services done.

Hi,

AFAIK, it is not compulsory to avail free services from the same service center. You can avail the services from any of the Bajaj Authorized service centers in the whole of the country and still the warranty will be applicable if you wish to replace a faulty part under warranty. Just make sure you get the bike serviced in any of the authorized SVC's and you should be good. Bajaj will maintain a database and record of the services and can pull this information anytime at any SVC's in any part of the country.

Bought an Avenger ABS few days back from Jaipur. Is it compulsory to get free services from same service center. My dealer said that its better to get three free services from them coz if some issue occurs they will easily replace or rectify it under warranty. And if I go to another Asc then warranty services may get affected. I am in another city which is 400kms away and will return after a month. 700kms done on odo till date. What should I do now ?
