Qualifying done at PI. Marc on pole while Dovi loitering in 11th. Is the title settled with this?

Seems like the fall from FP4 shook him a bit..

I hope the weather stay, would be an very good race...

What a race ,more like a moto 3 race with the top 3 all having tyre marks on their leathers or bikes ,Dovi's championship fading badly .Zarco was really agressive till the last.Marquez timing his run to perfection .
Moto 2 - History for KTM with a 1 & 2 finish for Olivera & Binder ,Morbidelli finishes 3 to consolidate his championship while Luthi finishes 10 .
Moto 3 - Mir clinches 2017 championship.

Marc is the PI master, no debate on that. Same strategy as 2015, hot laps coming from final quarter of the race.

100 marks to Dovi, Ducati engineers still need to improve their shitty bike. Dovi is the one that makes the difference there.

So happy to see lorenzo completely changed his riding style to suit the ducati such as steering the bike with rear wheel (another string in his bow). but will he become title challenger next year? god forbids if he come back to yamaha again in future he will destroy rossi for sure.

Rookie of the year goes to Flipping french zarco. he is getting factory ride by beating them every race with his satellite bike

Everybody saying dovi need to be more aggressive but IMO he is cold killer (see Redbull ring and Twin ring) Ducati engineers must rely on chassis improvement rather than mere winglets.

BTW Full respect to rossi for what he is doing at this age but that quest for 10th title is getting stretched too far and stupid yellow zombies cheering when marc crashes and booing other rivals at podium is just stupid.

Qualifying is broadcast by Sony ESPN and on their Liv app. Don't know about FP sessions.

Saturday 10 am onwards i think on Sony Ten 2 ,usually only FP 4 and qualifying is broadcast for moto gp.

Dovi manages to push championship battle to Valencia by winning but the racing was not as exciting as the last couple of races i felt, Great riding by Zarco to finish
ahead of Marquez on soft tyres.
Moto 2 - Morbidelli gets the championship by finishing third .Great race for the KTM's with Olivera and Binder finishing one and two.
Couldn't watch the Moto 3 race.

Championship is right down to the wire even though marc already wrapped this up. Dovi must be kicking himself for island result.

I wonder what that "change engine map 8" really means, but post race conference Jorge told that he don't need others to tell him what to do and already know championship is bigger than his first win.

Cant wait 2 weeks time for valencia. Cheers!!

I'm rooting for Dovi cause i think this will be the only chance Dovi will have to win it .With Lorenzo getting to grips with the Ducati ,Vinales , Zarco and other younger talent coming through not to mention master Marquez next year is going to be tough.Though i think Marquez will complete the job in Valencia .Go Dovi :-).
