With Suzuki just being a tiny bit off last season Ianonne threw all the tantrums. All the best to him for next season trying to get the juice out of that Aprilia. I guess the only interesting thing to watch would be the competition between him and Aleix

OMG what an amazing savage race that was...total moto3 style haha...for more than half the race it was 7-8 riders in for the win...great rides by, and battles between, MM, rins, MV, dovi, rossi and lorenzo, even though the latter three eventually lost out either due to mistakes or tyres running out..MM though specially ruled it..won it even though he lost time in a near-crash and made several mistakes on the way often finding himself 4-5 positions behind..

also, killer start from JL...10th to 2nd in first two corners !!

The championship seems to be done now barring a miracle.Marc is a freak for sure ,was hoping Rossi gets at least a podium to reduce the lead but one mistake dropped him from 2nd to 5th -moto 3 style.Great ride by Rins and Suzuki.

Brilliant race..Top 5 ~6 riders almost no difference for 26 laps.. Probably the best of 2018 season so far.. Classy finish by MM, fiinishing with a great 41 points lead in championship..

i've watched the assen race 2 more times already, it was just that savage of an affair..the kind of a race that happens only once in a blue moon in the premier class.

btw i wonder where our mod Monk has gone lately.

Why Dani retired .... As a fan of 26, it's a sad night for me...

He was always the odd man out with great sportsmanship... I hope he reconsiders the decision and comes back to the grid in 2019.

no bikes available for 2019 and i think he doest want to either. he's here to win championships and guess he knows thats not happening without the top factory bikes. he kind of lost interest or hope

according to how it's written in the corresponding article in crash.net, it seems that the suspected bike (satellite yamaha) was available to him, but he chose retirement as it'd been on his mind for some time.

As a diehard fan of Dani, Its sad to see him go, but ever since Repsol honda decided against renewing his contract, I wished he'd retire as a hero instead of going for a satellite team and struggling there.
Almost my entire 1:18 to 1:1 scale model collection is dedicated to him.







Still really sad to see him go though. I really hope he moves to WSBK
