i heard that like Engine and electronics freeze, they gonna freeze the tyre construction as well in this season. Whats your take in this?

Testing in Thailand. Day 2. Day 1 saw Crutchlow fastest.

The bikes on the first day itself were 2.5 seconds faster than the best time of WSBK.

If you wonder why there isn't any MotoGP/ WSBK race in India, then you only need to look at the fans present for a test in Thailand. On a weekday! India just can't compete with that. I still remember seeing the empty stands for F1 at BIC.

And thanks to the heavy "entertainment" tax the gov levies for that? I guess I know the reason why people throng to the only racing weekend I have been to (Malaysia GP) like bees. Free/dearth cheap tickets, so much so that I had to sit on stairs in the Grandstands. I doubt the same is the case with BIC.

Good to see Jack miller doing good after the ducati jump. Also, Zarco makes me doubting vinales abilities in yamaha eventhough im still batting for 25.

Though Zarco has done amazingly well, Vinales has not done much wrong to create the doubts. Its the factory Yamaha bike that's struggling more than the riders.

Since vinales renewed his contract till 2019 and vale likely to do the same, what should zarco do? will he do well in KTM factory?

TECH3 AND YAMAHA TO PART WAYS FOR 2019 Yamaha and Tech3 announce that 2018 will be their last season as partners in the FIM Grand Prix MotoGP World Championship.

Gerno di Lesmo, Italy & Bormes les Mimosas, France - 22nd February 2018 After 20 mutually successful years of partnership, Tech3 have informed Yamaha that they will end their collaboration with Yamaha at the end of the 2018 season. Yamaha have accepted Tech3‘s decision and will provide its full support to the team until the last race of the 2018 season. Tech3 will continue its participation in the MotoGP (and Moto2) World Championship and will announce its plans for 2019 and beyond at a later date. Yamaha is in the process of deciding whether they will run a satellite team for 2019 and, if so, what form that collaboration will take.

Also could pave the way for Rossi to bring his VR46 team as a Yamaha satellite team - just a thought .

Just a speculation. Tech 3 and yamaha must have the differences in which Chassis should Zarco use, whether 2016 or 2017.
