Lets see.... I hope to be back on two wheels, probably after recovery i might have to remove the metal attachment...

yeah dude... It is a plate.... an L shaped plate... The Arm of the Letter L is been drilled into my Pelvis and the length of the albhabet is being screwed to my thigh.... I hope you get the picture.... next time i have a crash towards the right, then they might have to replace the ball and socket joint connecting the leg and the hip... and hence the complication.... thats much about it.... I guess I will have to stick with photography from now
I'm really sorry to hear that.

Don't worry. I'm sure you will be back in perfect riding form in a year.

Even I had a fracture in my finger (left hand, index). And I cannot wear a glove. So, its a small price, but ultimately, we do what defines us. You will be back.
      You get the point?? :D

        @stewarch: Check your PM....

I was watching the Faster n Faster Video today and I just wait to get on a bike again... the sad part is that i will have to wait for sometime, so that may be after a year i can get the plate removed to avoid complications if i Crash again....

            Great Pics.

Good thing that track riding is coming off age in India as well. Dedicted track bikes and all and good to see some SBKs thre as well.

            Sometimes I lived down south!

              Hi Varun(Wonderboy)!

              How are you now?

Well, this photo says you had stipped off the tail section of RTR for the trackday. How stable was the bike? Did you notice any marked difference due to the change? Nevertheless I must admit that the bike looks great! I am very crazy about RTR.

I had taken off the rear gaurd(The grab) in my dad's bike for sometime and the bike used to rattle at speeds of 70+kays. But the problem vanished when I installed it back. The bike was very stable thereafter and cruising on highway at 80kays was pretty easy.

Hope you get well soon. Wish you a speedy recovery.

                Dude !!!!

The tail section is weighs not more than 2 kilos i guess... So if you hear rattling sound i guess there had to be some loose plastic part....

I dun see how only by removing the tail the bike would have an effect on handling or on NVH levels.... The bike felt great and i did not find any difference...

See that bike would be less prone to vibes as it has less amount of plastic... It would even help more, if the side pannels and the front attachment was removed...

Dude, I'm yet to make a debut!!!!! It will take me another 2 months or so to do a track day. As of now, I'm held up with research in the laboratory!

I will be depending on you for my track days in the days to come! You will be my mentor!

                        Love the pics guys.

I wish we had a race track in Meghalaya as well. The pics makes me feel like getting to my knee while riding, though only my footrest scraps againts the road on curved highways of the hillstations.
The only race track we have about twice or thrice a year is the Motocross dirt track.

                        Keep up guys.
