Hey thanks a ton man. This is good info.Originally posted by rossiter View PostSagar, the track is about 12-13 kms away. Commute time is anyone's guess
Take a prepaid taxi from the airport to get to the track, and at night it shouldn't take you more than 30 min by my estimates.
You do have some good cheap hotels, and hotels/resorts at the higher end as well. Paramount was mentioned some pages back. I stayed at Le Waterina a few kms down the road and it was a pretty good place, but pricey.Watch my Baby R1 clock 148kmph at http://in.youtube.com/watch?v=cAHbYl...e=channel_page.

Golly...looks like there will be a massive turnout. In some ways this is great for a G2G but less than ideal for a track-day
I propose we come up with some sort of running-schedule based on the number of people who finally show up so that it doesn't end up like the last 5 minutes of F1 qualifying. If the SBK guys are also going to be running then we are in for a MESS of biblical proportions....could even be dangerous with so many people out on track.
Newbies - you guys will have to be cooperative...please don't adopt the "I'm here to do what I want" attitude because it will simply end up in tragedy. The idea is to keep out of everyone's way and keep an eye out ahead, behind and to the sides at all times. The SBK guys will zoom up on you before you can think of it...not like riding with an SBK on the streets...here they use all the power available to them and the results of a collision can be..well - hospitalizing at best!
Anyway - I'll be happy to meet up with you guys on Sat-night for a bite. PM me if you are arriving on Sat and at what time so I can figure something out.Kriss : 15.06.1981 - 11.10.2009

How much do I have to shell off my pockets????Originally posted by GP_freak View PostOk, Track is free on 28th for pay and practice session.....I hope there are no SBKs and not too many guys practising in Grp B/D

being a student i'v got to take care of these things...

@gsferrari:
even i am a new rider....i would suggest that if there are sbk's on the track,,,then we better not allow the new riders at the same time...i guess it would be safer to split the turns based on bike capacity as well as experience...
Suggestions anyone>??????Last edited by adarsh1398; 02-22-2010, 07:40 PM.Live large...
