Checked Thailand Honda's website and they dont mention any such motorcycle. I found a funky scooter by name 'Scoopy'..!
The posted pic looks like a factory job and not aftermarket. Honda already used CB1000R design language for the Twister and Dazzler. Similarly, VFR design language could be used for a 250/300.Comment
