Because the benefits for incorporating the "Fi" tech does not reflect that heavily in either performance or in fuel efficiency.

Try asking someone who is not a xBhpian whether his R15/Karizma ZMR has "Fi" or "Carb".. most of them won't give a damm.

Now remove the full fairing from their bikes and ask them if they would be ready to pay the same price for their bikes as they have paid.

For a "normal guy": Full Fairing (or Fat Tyres) >> Fuel Injection

BTW Are there any other BS4 bikes now?
There is the revised Apache RTR 180 that is BS4 compliant (The one that develops 17.03 ps instead of the previous 17.3). Apart from that, I have no idea about other bikes. But, as per govt. norms, BS3 would give in to BS4 and this has already started in Tier 1 cities and metros (Eg. Chennai). From this September, TVS has stopped production of BS3 RTR 180 and the newer one has commenced. Hence, the delay in getting a new RTR 180 bikes.

(P.S. The waiting period was 14 days when I took the quotation for White 180)

Overview of Apache RTR 160 Hyper Edge
TVS Motors India is all set to launch Apache RTR 160 Hyper Edge, which will be a new bike with minor facelift and some additional features in comparison to regular Apache RTR 160. As of now there is very less information available regarding the Apache RTR 160 Hyper Edge. More details, exact specs, price, more photos and review after official launch of Apache RTR 160 Hyper Edge.
Whats New in Apache RTR 160 Hyper Edge?
Following changes and additional features are expected in Apache RTR 160 Hyper Edge:
    - Detachable Rear Mudguard.
    - Apache RTR 160 Hyper Edge Graphics on the Fuel Tank
    - Apache RTR 160 Hyper Edge Graphics on Front Mud Guard
    - Apache RTR 160 Hyper Edge Graphics on Rear Panel
    - New Racing Color Schemes
Engine of Apache RTR 160 Hyper EdgeInstrument Cluster & Stlying Features of Apache RTR 160 Hyper Edge
Apache RTR 160 Hyper Edge comes with digital dash - LCD speedo, two trip meters, clock, odometer, fuel gauge and an analog tachometer. Also has useful features like service and battery indicator. Another useful feature is the clip on handlebar for various positions. Apart from the Digital Speedometer and the Petal shaped disc brakes which are "new" additions on the Apache RTR RD, there isn't much change in the looks compared to the old Apache 160. The rear is also same with LED tail lamps, re-styled silencer and CBZ X-treme type split grab rail.
What to expect from Apache RTR 160 Hyper Edge?
Apache RTR 160 Hyper Edge is expected to be much better in terms of looks, styling and features when compared to regular RTR 160's and it is expected that Apache RTR 160 Hyper Edge will borrow many styling cues and features from company's flagship model - the Apache RTR 180.
Expected Price of Apache RTR 160 Hyper Edge
It is expected that Apache RTR 160 Hyper Edge will be priced around Rs. 70,000
