the problem about TVS is that even after having good TVS Racing activities ,they don't have any product above 180cc category

Racing can be done even with 50-75 cc mopeds.. but my heart actually goes out to the TVS Racing unit. Despite having a 25 year old factory racing team and heritage, Mahindra 2 wheelers goes on to become the first Indian two wheeler company to feature in MotoGP.

+1 on all the aspects... Its not exactly a concept, its just to take feedback on the design. Power would be the same as it has the 160 mill.

I guess some of these designs would end up in the bigger rtrs when they come!

At which market is TVS aiming this product ???

The already congested 150cc market ????

Then they need something like the SZ,Discover 150 or the Achiever.
The RTR160 is already up with the best there,FZ,Dazzler,GS150R,Pulsar,Unicorn,Hunk and CBZX.

Or this may just be a concept to plonk some engine later on.
This bike looks touring capable,and maybe without vibrations.

Wow ,so much for a comment!. Great .sorry guys if i said anything wrong .the way i see it bajaj is good at bringing in new technologies and design. And tvs follows the suit. Why tvs couldnt done that before bajaj.(i didnt said anything about the engine remember? Just refering to design) Again sorry .being a total idiot i thought that tvs is copying(its just older gen apaches looked nothing like a pulser at that time) . And please stop discussing this 'copying' subject. Thnx

^^ ur correct to some extent .. bajaj is indeed better in bringing there concepts to reality and with new ideas and innovation [considering Indian market] ...

although i won't agree with TVS copying part [can't discuss this here ]... but this new bike seems like FZ inspired .. and i still doubt it will come as reality

IMO.. TVS was stupid in launching 180cc.. they could have instead made it a 200cc, where Bajaj vacated the spot for them. By pitting A180 against P180.. they are only gonig to have part of the share.. but if you look at P180.. it was enjoying no comparision status till A180 was launched. Had it been A200.. things could have been a lot better for them..

I would rather say FZ is Flame inspired...

On another note, both are FZ1 inspired, and PS: Those are Battalax tyres, and custom panels...!
I would not agree on Bajaj being better in bringing concepts to reality.. how many concepts did they ever showcase? The P220F took a frustrating long time!
Stop comparing please! Its kinda kiddish actually!

Bajaj bough real tangible goods... TVS showed great potential, but it sadly didnt always end up in a product form!

The concept is really looking very nice all together.
But it looks like copied, especially the over-all look and front portion have been designed to give the FZ-S competition.
and i like the disc very much, they must bring this machine to India.
