      That was a good interview & IF the GT650 is brought even at 5L OTR price, that would be a PURE VFM product.

      Who're the Japanese manufacturers using the Hyosung's engine? AND...
      Can someone point out GT650's (not R) spec online pls? I'd want to see the Bhp & Torque & redline values.

          The Hyosung 650 engine is based off the Suzuki SV650 since Suzuki was a tech partner.

                Man this is great news at this rate of new bikes entering india .... in 4-5 years ll soon be able to have a 600cc in my garage ..

                  Oooh, sweet news! Sub 4 Lacs ex-showroom price would definitely pull a lot of would-be Ninja 250R owners towards itself for sure. I mean, for almost the same price, who would say NO to much much more power? Besides, its a V-twin and the naked styling is ''sex'' : GO GARWARE!

                        Wow, that's one great news! It's all happening, hope they come up with a good service back up. Start saving guys, I've already started but will wait for the Kwak 650 and then decide

                              @Tanay - I wouldn't believe this to be the spec for the reason that the motorcycles are undergoing homologation.

                              The much hyped HD had a beautiful sound in US & look when it came to India, we could hardly hear any sound. The Govt bus is more noisier than XL 883

                                ^ We can reduce a few hp and nm to account for low quality fuel...say ~70 hp and 60 nm torque..its just a guess.

                                But it has a low compression ratio of 11.6:1, so maybe not too much decrease.

                                EDIT: Wait found it:

                                Naked should be identical.
