  • Hyosung 250cc Bike In India Next Year

We will follow the launch with the naked version of the GT 650R later in the year, followed by the 250cc models next year. With regard to pricing of the 250cc, we have to be right up there with the best selling models like the (Honda) CBR 250. Other models of Hyosung could also follow, as there is a big portfolio of models to choose from.Yahoo

My vision is a blurry vortex. The world around me is being sucked into the intake duct. The exhaust turns it into a spine-tingling noise. My senses are overwhelmed by unrelenting, maddening, pure, raw speed. And its only second gear. Survival instincts execute a hostile takeover of adrenal glands, begging two fingers to squeeze the brake lever. Say hello to the BMW S1000RR." - Kartik Ware

This is good news for the Comet owners if the GT250 is being relaunched-they do not need to mod other bikes' parts! (Sri are you listening?)
And yeah, in general too, all seem to be after the 250cc segment!

Its worth waiting for the Hyosung 250! Comet is the evidence for that Honda CBR250R should settle by then. And by that time we may know its pros and cons.

IMO, the Hyosung 250 beats the CBR250R in looks

                          I think GT250R is 27 Bhp.
Can't say if they detune it when comes to India, as they did it for GT650R
                          Hope they will not.

Also I hope Diya Ibanez Garware knows what she is talking about cause the Hyosung GT250R is priced at $3999 in America. So it should come to 2 lakhs around here? :s

@vivek_k_p :its 29bhp actually, 27 was for earlier models.
Man, v twin engine, USD forks, twin discs at front, overall faster-meaner- better machine than 'quarter blade'. I am sold. Hyosung why 1yr delay? Bring it here ASAP.
