Was he doing wheelies with a pillion?

      Pathetic Losers........

it is india and police can find thousands of excuses to justify themselves,
but simply he didn't deserved such treatment,
and what if he escapes? he could later be traced out..
      wont say more..
My condolences to the family and may his soul rest in peace.......

^ First of all he was not shot by police he was shot by the army for trespassing the army area, he was constantly warned by the army guards to surrender, but instead he kept on talking on phone, they also fired three shots in air in order to make him surrender but he didn't cared at all.

if he has not been shot and let go, we would have first to question Police and ARmy on security Lax and statements like "How will this army guard our country when they cannot guard their own premise and a city boy can just run through their compound"

Why are we discussing this so much? its a shut case, what Army did was right, even Police is not filing case against the guards!

            whatever, he is dead now,
and there might be a policy to catch a person(intruder) alive,
ok even consider that he was a terrorist, can they interrogate a dead body ??
            peace.

              Insane,

I hope you understand the significance of your words. Had the terrorists of 26/11 been intercepted in high seas, 180 people would be living today.

And its not about Urdu - if he was speaking Urdu, he should've replied back in Kannada or Hindi (army guys would understand hindi for sure) and begged etc for his life. Instead trying to escape (as per reports) etc only made him seem like more of a fugitive. there are so many qs - why he didnt ask for help - why he didnt ask/beg them to stop when warning shots were fired in air thrice etc etc.

And trust me, even the army man will have to live with a heavy conscience for the rest of his days. Its not easy for anyone.

My local kannada paper described drag racing as to who does the longest wheelie!!! i was like wtf after reading that!!!

that guy was scared shit by cops and that's why wasn't in the right mind to stop, anyway hard price to pay instead of 300 rupees fine

the cops are going to be more vigilant on drag races, bikes going fast on outer ring road and NICE roads now...

but the thing is that the person who died didnt had any weapons and afaik police and army should shoot on the legs of the so callled fugitiv instead of killing him by firing on his chest or upper abdomen.or they should have shooted him on the hand so he may have lived the aftermath... other army should have shooted the tyres to stop him!!

May His Soul REST IN PEACE. I beleive there were more Bikes and cars. They were all dragging near Queen's Road, is what I heard. avery UNFORTUNATE incident to have happened to a Young & Smart boy. I don't think he was riding a SBK, must have been an Indian Bike only. God give his Family strength to bear the LOSS.

                    Regards,

while what happened was a really unfortunate..i dont think he was smart...please dont hate me for thinking low of the dead but he was a student and the fact that he ran from the army who had repeatedly warned him and fired shots in the air shows he had something to hide..i feel worse for his parents who probably bought him the bike and now will hate themselves for it for ever...
may this be an eye opener for us...

Please don't call such people "bikers". You see hundreds of people like these on India TV everyone other day..They don't stand for anything close to what biking really means..
The media is so stupidly misinformed and always wants to fuel their own little thing about bikers always having a deathwish..They can't spell Hayabusa even...So how can you trust them when they talk on "biking"..

As for the guy, rush into a army area illegally and don't expect anything else...Especially in these terrorist-overload times...He was lucky he was actually warned beforehand

Nothing justifies shooting someone dead. Just because you have a gun and wear a uniform does not authorise you to be trigger happy. You can shoot to maim/cripple. The police as well as the army are trained to do so.

Else they can shoot just about anybody and say "He did not surrender". That is too easy. And that happens too. Even with surrendered people... at Point Blank range! Yes it happens.

Yup he got an undeserving punishment, keeping him in lockup for a month wud have been enough. may his soul RIP.

He was doing a zig-zag in between the mid yellow line as well as wheelie with the pillion.
The army guard fired using an automatic which fires 3 bullets at a time. He was intended to scare him, but within the frquency that guy moved and one bullet pierced into his chest which was not eyed to.

But I just hope his sacrifice would bring some sense to the posers on road.
Getting beaten up badly by police is something they deserve the best.

How can you say such things. How do you define a biker?

You didnt knw the person who was shot. Who knws he might be a good rider, jst tht his luck ran out. Jst imagine a college kid involved in performing stunts, his group might be practicing like some of my friends on in mumbai. Meanwhile is a police patrol spots you the first thing you do is start ur bike n run away.............

Does this act is enough tht you are not a biker. Is performing stunts a non biker characteristic, I dont think so. Humans panic and then wht occurs is not commonsense, because the sub conscious mind doesnot have ny.
