On his wedding on the 22nd of January 2013, 25 friends and fellow bikers from GMRC group of bikers rode with him on his baarath to take his to his wedding. He says it was a unique and awesome experience. We do not know if he was referring to getting married or riding his bike to his wedding

The wedding was covered in the local newspapers.

We wish the couple a happy married life and a long ride ahead...

MOD NOTE: xBhp does not promote lidless riding on public roads.

That lone Gixxer looks like a polar bear in the Sahara...

Biking is not about how many Km/h you put on your Speedo. It's about how many miles you put on your Odo. Ride Safe, Ride Long!

they will be riding at slow speed because there will be lots of dancing and fun stuff in front of barat...so no point of wearing helmet and protective gear.

Gixxer guy has a black lid.
              Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.

Guys, I want to make a point, aimed at no specific person. Its a big argument, whether to wear helmet at 15-20 kmph or not. My two cents are: These guys should have used a helmet because:

                1. If a bird comes near your face, or a dog starts barking suddenly and you get startled, you might give a big throttle. It happened to me once after Joel gave me the ear splitting exhaust, but my Pulsar didn't have the damn torque, to create an accident there, plus it had the low speed agility to escape the situation.
These superbikes do have that torque..... and the results might not be cool, specially in a close fitting situation where there are vehicles & dancing people within your 1 metre range. A helmet might save you if you catch an unintentional 40-50 kmph due to a sudden throttle.

                2. Wearing a helmet has a psychological impact on people around you, specially kids & teenagers. So, its better to just wear it to improve their perception about bikes, even if we're sure we won't get hurt.

Now, I am just putting my humble opinion. Heck, I rode upto 131 on speedo and nothing happened. Another time, riding at 40, and I get crashed and break my right arm.
My point is that Its life. Anything can happen. Why risk it?

Samarth bro, I'm sure Dreamwalker and Mansuryayas were being sarcastic of the typical Indian mentality.

Wish you a very happy married life
By the way, post-marriage, please do not be irresponsible to ride without a helmet even in a baarat. Because, I want you to go for a nice ride with lot of money that you get from insurance-maturity, you see
Enjoy your early-marriage days buddy. These days never return

and yes.. same happened with me.. I was safe till speed of 134 kmph (touch wood) and when going at 30 kmph I crashed and got my right collar bone fractured and till now I have a metal plate there.. so better be safe than be sorry..

Heavens forbid, pray to god that their photos don't come out in the papers for the wrong reasons.
