Good news. Now if they come with 350 cc or/and 500 cc then Royal Enfield finally would have tough competitor. I hope arrival of Triumph would at least push Eicher motors to pay close attention to quality of Royal Enfield motorcycles (paint, fit and finish) which otherwise they have taken for granted.Originally posted by lathiwala_99 View PostHey guys!!
It has finally been confirmed that Triumph is going to launch in India in November 2013. As speculated earlier it is going to set up an CKD assembly facility in Manesar, Haryana and is currently exploring dealership all across the country.
Supplementing the announcement of Triumph’s India plans is the appointment of Vimal Sumbly as the Managing Director for India. Prior to joining Triumph, Vimal was General Manager Sales at Bajaj Auto Ltd and comes with close to 16 years of experience in the Automobile space.

good news for all the crazy fanatics..
but about the cost.. even if they assemble the bikes here in India.. they still would cost a bomb.. hope they try their best to keep them as low as they could..
Ride safe and have fun.

That I know friend that they had launched it before not only interceptor but 976 cc twin (in 1921), 700cc Super Meteors and 700cc Constellations. The 700cc Royal Enfield Constellation Twin was even described as the first superbike. So obviously I am talking about present situation as I cannot go back to 1921 or 1949 or 1970Originally posted by aargee View PostIn 1970's even before you were born hehe
