Sat on almost all Triumph bikes! (Feeling like that "Close enough" meme )

Bonneville - Very low seat height, good straight comfortable posture.

Street triple - Perfect riding posture according to me, almost exactly like RTR It feels like a good city bike, easy to maneuver in neutral as I moved it around a little.

Tiger 800XC - Can barely keep both foot down at minimum seat height & I am 5'7 . Loved the seat though, extremely comfy.

Rocket 3 - what can I say? It takes some effort to get the 300kg monster from side stand

Daytona - Everything is perfect if you are looking for a track bike. The tyres looked like it should never be ridden on Indian roads apart from race tracks

They are not offering test rides as of now, mostly next week. Let me see if they offer it for everyone or only those who booked.

So, the insurance is "Bharti Axa Normal". Guys, any reviews about them? This is my first purchase of a vehicle so don't really know much. General googling says that it's good. Any stories?

Going by the crowd gathering in my office building, which is also home to Bharti AXA, stories sound good to me.
Congratulations and when are you taking delivery? - It seems like most of the bikes displayed in the showroom are for delivery and are 'PDI' done.

Divya Sharan has already said it but I want to say it again, Please do opt for zero depreciation policy!. It might be a bit expensive but totally worth it in case something happens, you dont have to pay anything for any parts that got damaged.

And yes, a big congrats! I was so smitten by that Street Triple and was reading all about it yesterday.. might end up buying one someday

I didn't inquire about this. (Didn't know . I'm just 1.5 years into a job after college and still getting to know about stuff like this. Didn't even save tax in last 1.5 years, just to keep cash for the bike. . Lame move?). Will do that now and ask my dad too. And thank you for the wishes.

                  Thanks.

I booked the bike on 19th Dec (a little before the showroom opened, that's because I've been digging for this bike since last 3 years very badly) and at that time there were no promises about the delivery times.

For all I know, my booking number is 30 and there are 5 more guys above me for the Street Triple delivery. Out of that, 3 Striple owners will get the delivery by this month end. (or earlier, I've no idea. At least, first 2 owners of each class of bike were given the keys in yesterday's party). I went to the showroom yesterday to inquire about the delivery times, they said they will update me within a week.

Thank you. I confirmed from the dealership, the insurance amount in the invoice that I was given doesn't include zero depreciation policy.

Then, get your premium revised so that it does include the zero dep policy. Would save a lot of heart ache in case of a mishap.

Woah! 30 for Striple is awesome (I'm on number 6 in the queue, yay!). Numbers feel strange though because there had been a total of 50 bookings till 2 days back & when I booked, I was the 30th guy and 6th one in the Striple queue.

I think you two have confused each other

@pcgamer, he meant his was 30th booking and 6th Street Triple booking, not that 30 ST has been booked.

@shadyabhi, he was talking about what you have posted earlier,
