      Come one Yamaha, its long time you have launched a new model of bike !!! R15V2 was just a facelift of the previous one !!! We, the Yammy fans, expect a lot from you guys !!! Please launch the R25 ASAP !!!

        Yamaha is stressing on shifting it's image from being a performance biking brand to a more commuter friendly manufaturer. The reason why its been almost a decade since the launch of the R15. Before the R15 also the Company was ailing due to the fact that its bikes(libero,gladiator etc) failed to make the mark (Come'on guys the RD and RX makers were making commuters!!)

        Now their strategy is to conquer the scooter market a la Honda!

        Very Sad for Yamaha fans

          Yeah with Crossplane Crankshafts, Traction Control and maybe Ohlins, and Radial-mount calipers too!

          Nothing wrong in re positioning themselves in accordance with market Dynamics. But they should learn from Honda - just like Honda has two flagships in its lineup, Yamaha should also create a niche for itself in the performance segment.

                          may be it will come equipped with a bum washer as to clear those s*it . . . Along with a feeder at the handlebars for optimum feeding of the baby whenever it's hungry equipped with new paint schemes which are all limited edition every weekly to make each one's tricycle look different . . .

                                For all those who are waiting for the R25 reveal at the Auto Expo : the concept R25 shown was a twin cylinder and if Yamaha brings that to India then it will be in the price range of the Ninja 300 (a whopping 3.5L+ !!)

                                I hope they bring in a single cylinder machine(highly unlikely though) to keep cost in check in give some serious competition to the CBR 250/300(to be launched).

                                But one thing is for sure.. the KTM RC series will rock 2014!!
