Good job there by the original spotter. Check the pics carefully and you'd notice that contrary to the text in the article, both the spotted bikes have single seats and the supposed 180NS doesn't feature split seats. So now there will be two families of Pulsars, the SS family (still to be revealed ) and the NS family :

150NS (DTSI, Rear mudguard, single seat, closed chain)
180NS (DTSI, no rear mudguard, single seat, closed chain)
200NS (Triple-spark, no rear mudguard, split seats, open chain)

ok, so i will loose the exclusivity, that i enjoy now with my NS, too bad (i dont like it), but then it has always been this way with pulsars, and that the cost you pay for riding a low cost performance bike.

        > A different and bigger rear mudguard
        >Rear Drum Brakes
        >Fully covered chain
        >Thinner tyres
        >Single long seat (no split seat)
        >smaller front disk
        >bigger engine crash guard / leg guard
        >Air cooled engine (probably a tweaked up engine of old pulsars carried forward) and maybe we can see improved gearbox.

in my opinion, there is a slight flaw in bajaj's design philosophy-->

the rider seat height of P200NS is too high for average indian height and a good amount of ppl simply can not ride it. the problem gets aggravated in rear seat height, although it is not as high as R15V2 but its still high enough to discourage female pillions specially saree clad ones, and you can not ignore these in commuter 150 CC segment.

I think bajaj should have redesigned the tail a bit. The normal 150 like tail doesnt really gel with the rest of the bike.

This is a real disappointment for 200NS riders as they will lose their fame that they are enjoying with their current NS. . .

Seriously, this is the worst part I disliked in this bike,

Seriously what the shit is it at the rear. . ? Too awkward mudguard. . . Anyways I am kinda fixed on 200NS presently for it's performance, . .

Again, at least Bajaj should make distinct colors for both this and the 200NS, at least to distinguish between the two. . .

            I think this might be a 180NS. . .

            Cheers!!!

The 180NS will get a trellis-type plate holder like the 200NS.

But seriously, the chain cover spoils the looks. Many users will end up getting rid of it.

And now for my planning to go for 200NS, should I go for it that these stupid same looking both 150 plus 180cc are being released :'( . . ? The bike won't enjoy the same fame after these two or this one being released. . .

These are the key differences between the 3 pulsars in the NS family:

So ideally speaking, a person with a keen eye will always spot the difference. At least I'd definitely catch the missing split seats and the chain cover in the lower variants!

This is bajaj and bajaj is famous for putting n number of engines to the same design with few changes here and there. Their policy is still same as it was with old & new discovers and pulsar series as well. So this was expected. Dont be shocked and say thanks to bajaj for producing this bike as each and every Indian cannot afford a 1 lac rupee bike.

Yup that's true, I wanted an upgrade from my present Unicorn, so looking forward for something that's more powerful and goes faster and performs better overall than my present bike. . . Indeed that's true that not all can afford 1 lac, even I go to that in my present condition but still those who paid 1 lac are disappointed now that their fame is reduced. . .

So, the advertisement goes like this,

                      Pulsar 200NS - The best pulsar yet. . .

Taking the things I find weird in the new 150/180NS,

                      Pulsar 150/180NS - The worst pulsar yet . . .

Internationally, it's a good strategy for releasing bikes like these but for customers it's a big sad face. . .

                      Cheers!!!

This bike is a mix of P135 and the 200ns and I really hated the P135 design. Tank and front is a copy paste of ns, but the tail section.. Yuckkk !!
On top of it, a closed chain a single seat was ok.. But not this.
from the 2 bikes mentioned today on xBhp, suzuki bike wins. (as for me)

                        Ride safe and have fun.

As far as Hero/Honda and Bajaj/KTM go, their ideologies are totally opposite.
Honda/Hero: Same engine in different body shells (Unicorn, Dazzler, Trigger, Hunk, Xtreme)
Bajaj/KTL: Different engine in similar-looking body with minor tweaks (P150-180-200, D200-390)

Like @Samarth had hinted. You know Bajaj, part sharing and all. The rear - rather the whole seat - its cowls and break lights are direct lift from current Gen Pulsars.

Looks like a cross of NS and the oldie.

If the engine is air cooled then why there is a radiator? For an AC? or for a turbo?
Current air cooled gen is already at the max thermal limits. There's no way to pull more than 17 bhp out of air cooled 180cc motors.
                              ----
The big question is what's the new power figures.

P200ns makes 23.5 bhp. So the almost same but bored down engine should make around 21 bhp. That's almost 24% jump from current gen.
I think Bajaj just ate new karzmas for breakfast.
