      I liked the very first Discover 135.. it was amazingly powered for a 135 and a beauty in looks.. with those beefy tires for a 135cc but they killed it..

      Very true the first 135 was quite a good bike, but now what bajaj is doing is totally understandable some how they are behaving like chinese mobile companies with newer models every fortnight with no long term plans, it's a just hit and trial method if a model clicks with the crowd it's fine otherwise bajaj will bring out another model with same specs but with different name.

        But that's what Hero, Maruti Suzuki and Honda (cars with iDtec) are doing successfully for quite some time.

            Absolutely they don't discontinue models on regular basis(at least to what i know) and then again bring same model with different name, secondly how can a company provide spares for so much variants, one or two variants of same model is fine, but to load the market with variantss is not gonna give them sales and exactly that what's happening, and i am quite sure these new two models 150s and 150f will not be able to give them the required sales which bajaj is looking for.

              Though everybody think Bajaj are smoking something because of their weird strategy with discover but IMO this d150f is a perfect recipe for our market..intact even I was looking for a 150cc with quarter fairing before going for p220 but now even this 220 feel puny..

                Do you know folk how many "Discovers" Bajaj have been launched and discontinued since the inception???

                    Discover 150 s is quiet good looking no nonsense bike in flesh compared to the pics.it has reached the showroom where i work and power output is 14.5 ps. and the S stands for standard fairing.F- half fairing. 72kmpl CMVR Mileage figure.

                            130 Kg Kerb Weight,

                            .. the Power and Torque figures looks quite healthy for the Kerb Weight. In fact even healthier than the current Pulsar 150.

                              The 150f looks much better than the test mule. But I am not sure that bajaj can recover from the jumbled up discover variant confusion of the public. I hope it does because these 2 bikes look really good for commuters.
